My own office is located in a home in Olympia with a small bathroom and 2 stairs to enter the building.  I offer in-home massage within a mile of my office for clients who are unable to walk up/down my stairs and/or need a larger restroom.

About Rachael:
I’m a licensed massage practitioner and holistic bodyworker. I help people with chronic pain and limited mobility break the pain cycle and reclaim their bodies.  I collaborate with our region's top doctors to help people with complex pain issues. Since 2007 I have worked with vulnerable populations including people with dementia and traumatic brain injuries; substance abuse and opioid dependency; and eating and other mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. I also mentor other massage therapists to become competent, independent practitioners in the medical massage field.

Trina is the wife and caretaker of a disabled veteran and is very sensitive to the needs of those who may require a little extra attention. She has experience working with people in wheelchairs, recovering from both major and minor surgery, and those with sensory disorders. Growing up with a disabled grandmother makes it second nature for her to have empathy and reach out to help.

I have been a Licensed Massage Practitioner here in Seattle since 1993.  I graduated from Seattle Massage School in May 1993.  I have studied a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular work and myofascial techniques, that I combine and customize to meet my clients' needs, including deep relaxation, pain relief and postural change.

About Heidi:
I have been a massage therapist since 2005. I come from a family of bodyworkers and grew up realizing the benefits of massage, diet and exercise. I have practiced yoga for decades and use stretches in my massages as well as homework for my clients. I have worked in a variety of settings as well as a variety of clients. I have worked in Spa settings during my practice with frequent fill in positions with several chiropractors.

These experiences have allowed me to adapt my massages to fit the needs of each client as an individual, as well as blending treatment work with relaxation techniques. Whether you are receiving a quick chair massage or a 90 minute full body you will leave feeling more relaxed and less stressed.
